Perppy

I love the styling for the Aubin and Wills site- Preppy glamour! The clothes just look effortless.

Sooo glad it's the weekend. Lots of yum ( healthy to the max) food and rest. A long country walk to is certainly on the cards with a side portion of drawing

London

London was so lovely. The boy and I had a wonderful time at the theatre, Alan Rickman was in the queue behind us and I tried not to gawp too much. Three quiet- ish weeks and then we are back down to see the wonderful Corinne. Happy days! This week, drawing work and cooking is the order of the day, oh and deciding if I should get Dunlop or Converse trainers. Deep huh?

Why is it so hard waiting?

We are going away to London tomorrow. I am so excited yet work seems so long today as I know tomorrow will be such good fun. We have 500 Days of Summer to look at - possibly later if the boy does not mind too much- we saw it last year and I loved Zooey D so much. Well if i loved her wardrobe. I was reading another great blog - Oh Happy Day and these pictures clearly show what I mean.

The boy and I are going to London to stay at a lovely hotel and a night at the theatre. I am so looking forward to it.

Spilt Milk

(Pic via Oliver)
This week has been so busy. No time for drawing, no time for making cards and it made me realise how essential this is to me! Silly huh but necessary yes. This morning I walked into work and I could not believe yesterday evening had passed so fast. Today I feel a bit like spilt milk and I have a longing for sweet and sour pork balls. Not an ideal situation!

Snow

The snow keeps falling, I was awake early this morning and decided to clean downstairs in the house. It looks lovely. Last night the boy brought me some lovely flowers home and they really cheered me up and made the kitchen look brighter. Home time, sweet tea and then some drawing. (picture by nila aye)

Toast

Today was a hard day. Work was punishing and I was so happy to walk through the doors of our little house and shut the rest of the world away. They think we may have more snow tomorrow. I really hope it is not too bad as it is such a struggle to go to work in these icy days. I love snow usually but now it is my enthusiasm is starting to wane a little. On a good side I did see a very jolly fat robin on way home which made me chuckle.

I came home on logged on to the TOAST catalogue. I was looking at their catalogue from Christmas- a bit late I know, however I had missed it in December. Their photo shoots as well as their clothes are so inspiring. I just love the scarf in the picture with this post. It is the plus side for wintry days.
